Go-ya champuru
Japan is known as living longest in the world. particular, Okinawa where is in south in Japan has many healthy food. My Japanese friend made one of Okinawa food for me it's name is Go-ya champuru.
<ingredients>
1 bitter melon(go-ya)
slice pork
1 tofu
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 piece of garlic
1 egg
sesami oil 2tsp
Chinese stock 1cup
Japanese cooking sake 3tsp
<how to>
First, crumble goya with salt to rid of bitter tastes. And tofu, carrot ,onion and garlic sliced. After that put the sesamioil pan on fire. Heated enough, put sliced pork stir till turn brown. Put garlic,onion,carrot stir till they be soften. Add Chinese stock and Japanese cooking sake. Put tofu be careful to not to break it. finally put egg. Sereve them.
I love tofu. The best tofu I have ever eaten was in Japan. I really like your Okinawa recipe and hope to try it one day. Well done!
